- Has a feminine presence in more than half of Senior Management Positions in the company.
- In 2019 launched #WOMANISM- a communication initiative, aiming to support every woman. We brought together & shared with our communities the stories of different women who managed to own their choices and style, build self-confidence, take care of their health and body. We supported this initiative with a dedicated collection of products, offering 20% of the sale to Fundației Renașterea pentru Educație, Sănătate și Cultură supporting free mammograms for low income women. - Has a Policy of Equal Opportunities and Diversity, a Human Rights Policy, a Code of Conduct and a Code of Conduct Line/Whistleblowing system.
- In 2022 implemented a survey among employees on diversity and inclusion.
- In 2022, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, organized an internal campaign for women employees under the motto #BreakTheBias, to further inspire and empower all company’s women.
- Has prepared an e-learning training on Diversity and Inclusion that will be conducted in 2023 for all employees. From then on, any new coming employees will also receive the training.
- Is a part of FOURLIS Group of Companies (fourlis.gr).

The official launch of the Romanian Diversity Charter took place on 18 April 2018, Romania thus becoming the 21st country in the European Union with a Diversity Charter and benefiting from the membership in the European Diversity Platform. Today, the Charter brings together 191 signatories, covering approx. 250.000 employees from companies, public institutions and NGOs, who have publicly assumed the principles of the Charter, so that diversity, equal opportunities and social inclusion become values acknowledged and respected in Romania. Under the auspices of the Romanian Diversity Charter, several initiatives have taken place (experience exchanges, workshops, seminars, debates, task forces, learning and mentorship programs) where different practices and organizational policies of diversity management were presented, analyzed, debated and disseminated.
